I first visited the Vail Valley in the 1970’s. I determined it was the place for me after skiing Beaver Creek in 1980, its inaugural year. I became a homeowner the following year and moved permanently to the Valley in 1990.  

I shifted to real estate after a successful management career with Fortune 500 companies Procter & Gamble and Exxon and a hi-tech start-up in Silicon Valley.

I have lived and worked across the Valley. My extensive knowledge of the Vail Valley allows me to connect my clients with the right property in the right location. My wife, Kim Nottingham, and I enjoy an active mountain lifestyle and live in Eagle with our two dogs, Sadie and Molly.
